Sarkodie is in a pole position to secure a collaboration with American rapper Cardi B.
Cardi B last week debuted No.1 on Billboard Hot 100 chart with her ”WAP” record featuring Megan Thee Stallion. The video has raked in a record 111 million views as at the time of this publication.
Now, there have been conjectures about who the ”Bodak Yellow” crooner will enlist for her subsequent projects.
Lil Nas X and Charlie Puth have all expressed involvement in working with her especially doing a remix with her.
Due to the uncertainty, Billboard.com started a poll of about twenty artists to determine who gets to collaborate with Cardi B next.
The poll included Ghana’s finest BET award-winning Sarkodie. As the time of writing this story, Sarkodie leads the vote with 68.9% of votes.
BTS followed with 9.64% in the second place. Heavy weighs like Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Roddy Rich, and others were all floored.
As it stands Sarkodie should have a collaboration with Cardi B anytime soon.
