Black starts and Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Teye Party won big at last night’s awards ceremony at the Marriot Hotel in Accra.
The Ghana football awards were inaugurated last year which seeks to award and celebrate Ghanaian footballers across the Globe.
Thomas Partey helped Atletico Madrid finish second in La Liga and was instrumental in Ghana’s qualification for the 2019 Afcon in Egypt.
Mukarama Abdullai was named Female Footballer of the year after her outstanding performance for the Black Maidens in the 2018 FIFA Under 17 tournament in Uruguay.
