    GMB 2020: Biography of Maali,Upper West Region’s Representative.

    Molly Maalinuo Dasoberi was born on the 14th November, 1999 to Dominic Dasoberi and Yourkuu Vida both native of Nandom District of the Upper West Region.

    Maalinuo started her Basic Education in the Lawra Day Care and preceded to English Arabic Primary one in Lawra.
    Maalinuo continued her Primary Education in Bawku Methodist Primary two to six as a result of the transfer of the parents.

    The parents were later transferred to Bolgatanga hence; Maalinuo started her Junior High School (JHS) at Doayin Academy from 2014/2015 to 2016/2017 Academic year where she obtained aggregate 13 and was placed at St Francis Girl’s Senior High School in the Jirapa District of Upper West Region


    She completed her Senior High School in 2017/2018 Academic year and was offered Admission into University of Education –Winneba and University of Ghana – Legon but Maalinuo opted for Winneba to pursue English Language Education

    Maalinuo’s Social life had been cordial and friendly, very social and articulate. She is a member of a Club, known as YOLO/RC in Bolgatanga, advocating for people especially the Youth to live a responsible life with the slogan You Only Live Once and Attitude Matters.
    Maalinuo’s realist sensitivity, innovative and creative vision can be an exemplary life of a Girl of many skills and talents. These exhibits can be traced to when she was at the JHS and wanted to often undertake audition.

    Her passion for the Youth to understand her Vision, subsequently lead her to pursue English language so as to equip her with communication Skills that can help her effectively communicate vision well. She never relented in her studies in the quest and pursuance to achieving Higher Academic laurels which is evident as she currently pursues a Bachelor Degree in English Language Education from the University of Education-Winneba.


    As a level 200 student, she aims at pursuing a Vision of becoming a Philanthropist for the Vulnerable Women and Children who are often Marginalised in our Societies and therefore the needful to take part in the 2020 audition of Ghana Most Beautiful (GMB) in the ticket of the Upper West Region-Wa all in the quest to achieving a Realistic Vision
