Veronica Isaac,  25year old beautiful and ambitious young lady aspiring to be miss commonwealth Ghana 2019, was born on October 8th, 1993 and grew up in Bawku in the upper east region but had her basic education in Kumasi. She then had her Secondary education in Bawku, After which she continued to pursue HND in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management in Bolgatanga Technical University.

During her days in Bolgatanga Technical University, she participated and won the enviable title of the Face of Bolgatanga Technical University where she proceeded to represent the institution in the Face of Technical Universities Ghana2016 and she grabbed the second runner up title, among 10 equally beautiful and intelligent ladies. She further contested in Miss Upper East 2018 where she was awarded the titles Miss Talent and Miss Catwalk.

Veronica is a Caterer by profession and a beautiful, confident, very intelligent and well articulated young lady. She loves to listen to music, sing and cooking. She stands for peace, unity, a country free of ethnic conflicts and diseases, this is due to the fact that she happens to have witnessed the disasters associated with ethnic conflicts while growing up in Bawku, for this reason she chose to join in the journey of Miss Commonwealth Ghana 2019 since the pageant shares her believes and interests and will help shape her career and personality as a young lady. Her purpose for participating in this year’s MCWG is to tackle the issue of menstrual hygiene.

She believes that young women go through a lot in regards to menstruation and even the affordability of sanitary items for this becomes a problem for most young women who are less privileged. Also she hopes to tackle this course through sensitization by reaching out to young girls in rural and remote areas who are not well abreast with the concept of menstruation and menstrual hygiene, and to solicit for support through the MCWG platform to donate sanitary pads to the less privileged girls.Veronica hopes to establish her own catering business in the near future and to use a percentage of her business’ profits to facilitate this course-donating sanitary pads to those who cannot afford them.

Please support Veronica in the Miss Commonwealth Ghana 2019 pageant to help her make a positive impact on society. You can support by voting and buy a ticket to support her on the finals which is slated for 7th September, 2019 at Swiss Spirit Alisa Hotel, Accra Ghana.Visit Miss Commonwealth Ghana Platforms on Facebook and Instagram like and share her pictures to increase her chances of winning this competition.visit miss commonwealth Ghana Instagram onhttps://instagram.com/misscommonwealthgh?igshid=1l7rud11ln3bj
