White Spot Events celebrates hard work of deserving Creative Art Personalities with an awarding scheme.

Whitespot events organisers of High School Achievers Awards has once again hits the upper west entertainment and creative arts industry with an awarding scheme; Upper West Creative Arts Awards to celebrate deserving personalities.

Queried by Harmattangh.com on why such an event, the CEO of WhiteSpot Events Mr Dzang Mubarik said the initialive is to project the creative art industry of upper west to higher heights, adding that they aim at pushing the creative art industry to the rest of the country and beyond. This, he opined will help attract investors who will help appreciate the talent and creativity in the upper west region. Mr Mubarik further stated that the awarding scheme is to seek opportunities and platforms for award winners outside the region, create Platforms for them to showcase their talent, promote and help them on their projects.
“We are looking at showing the full recordings on some few TV stations and some programs after the Awards night so people will see and know what we have here”

He announced that nominations would be opened on 10th of February 2020 with the awards night coming off in April, the exact date he said will be announced soon.

Upper West Creative Arts (UWeCA) Awards is a scheme which focuses on recognising and
awarding creativity and excellence in the creative arts industry in the upper west region.

Unlike most awards schemes that focus on only one sector of the creative arts industry, this scheme’s focus is to identify, recognize and promote individuals or groups that stand out in their field of practice. This include but not limited to radio, movie, music, graphic,
art, cosmetology, photography, modeling, e.t.c.


Organizers believes that people in these industry here in Upper West in one way or the other contribute positively to the development of the region and somehow deserve recognitions.
